After the killing of 10 Black people by a white supremacist in Buffalo, NY; there is plenty of talk about racism. But if we reduce racist acts to only acts of violence and hate, we are missing the breeding grounds of racism. If we only see victims of racism as Black, we are missing what white supremacy really is.
We need to spell out just what racism is and what acts are racist acts.

While I don't believe people of color can be racists, that comes from the fact that racism is about power and is institutional. But people of color sure can support white supremacy, especially if that white supremacy has shined well on them.
